On Friday, November 18th Madlax All-Stars (9th-12th graders only) are in for a unique and exciting experience under the lights on the field turf at Catholic University; The 2nd Annual Madlax Fall Showcase Games. This event is FREE for all players so we really hope EVERY player in those grades will play. The event will be a fundraiser for WINNERS LACROSSE, an inner-city lacrosse program for under-served children in DC. We will be filming these 2 games.

Although players attend and play for FREE, we encourage and hope that Madlax parents, friends and fans will attend and make a donation to Winners Lacrosse of at least $5 at the ticket gate.

Since ancient times, one Bro has ruled over the lacrosse world and all that is "bro". His name is Broseidon, and he is the king of the Brocean. Legend has it that at the age of 15 Broseidon was to become a man. An under the sea dance and ceremony was planned to celebrate in the proper way of the Brocean people. All of the great Broceans were in attendance, including Brotapus, Brosephus Maxiums , and of course judge Bro Brown. All was going well until the leader of the Broceans, Napoleon Bronapart , challenged Broseidon to a game of Lax. In less than one minute, Broseidon completely dominated Bronapart and had him banished from the Brocean.

Since then, Broseidon has been the leader of the Broceans and ruled from his Bropalace in Brolantis where he only drinks Brotein shakes, eats chocolate Bronuts, and Laxes all day and night.

The Houndstooth pattern is making a comeback! After the success of items like last year's Warrior Kryptolyte houndstooth handle, Warrior's limited edition Mac Daddy Houndstooth gloves or Adrenaline's houndstooth hats even more people are introducing houndstooth products. So what is houndstooth you ask? houndstooth is a duotone textile pattern, characterized by broken checks or abstract four-pointed shapes. The traditional colors are black and white. Houndstooth checks originated in woven wool cloth of the Scottish Lowlands, but are now used in many other materials. The traditional houndstooth check is made with alternating bands of four dark and four light threads in both warp and filling or weft woven in a simple two by two twill, two over - two under the warp, advancing one thread each pass.
